Common questions about this kit
Hybrid A/V for training?
Yes if anyone is remote — a conferencing camera, room mics, and a display so remote participants are full members of the room. Hybrid training without good A/V fails the remote half.
Participant workbook?
Yes — a printed workbook (not just slides) gives participants a place to capture, do exercises, and take the learning home. Slides are for the facilitator; the workbook is for the learner.
Breakout supplies?
Yes — chart paper, markers, dot stickers for physical breakouts (often better than software for ideation), plus a digital whiteboard for remote/hybrid. Match the tool to the task.
Design the learning first?
Always — start from the outcome (what they can DO after), design the activities to get there, then the room. Training designed room-first is a hotel conference, not learning.
User Reviews
Corporate training kit and my retreat kit share the design-the-learning-first brain — a participant workbook (not just slides) and good hybrid A/V for the remote half. Agreed everywhere.
