The kit to run a hands-on skill workshop. A materials-and-supplies kit per attendee, a demo/document camera and projector, a printed handout and reference set, a timer for blocks, and a "leave-with" outcome. Do first, then discuss; everyone leaves with something made.

Common questions about this kit
Per-attendee materials kit?
Yes — pre-portioned materials for each person removes the friction and the queue. The single biggest difference between a workshop that flows and one that stalls on "pass the supplies."
Do, then discuss?
Yes — adults learn by doing; a short demo, then immediate hands-on, then debrief. The reverse (long lecture then activity) loses the room. Get tools in hands in the first 10 minutes.
"Leave-with" outcome?
Yes — every attendee leaves with something they made or a skill they can show. The artifact is the proof and the marketing; a workshop with a tangible result sells the next one.
Printed handouts?
Yes — a one-page reference they take home survives where a link does not. The PDF is for the curious; the printed card is for the rest.
User Reviews
Hands-on workshop and my team off-site share the do-then-discuss gospel — pre-portioned materials and a leave-with outcome. Get tools in hands in the first 10 minutes, agreed.
