FAQ
Common questions about this kit
Cordless stick vacuum enough?
For most homes, yes — a good cordless stick vac does hard floors, rugs, and stairs without the cord dance. Keep a plug-in canister for deep carpet; the stick is the daily driver.
One cleaner per surface?
Yes — glass, wood, stone, and disinfectant are different chemistries. A multi-surface spray is a compromise; the right cleaner per surface cleans better and protects the finish.
Microfiber over paper towels?
Yes — microfiber traps dust and grime rather than pushing it, lasts hundreds of washes, and leaves no lint. Paper towels are for the gross one-and-done jobs.
Top-down, dry to wet?
The system — dust high first (so fallout lands low), vacuum dry soil before wet-mopping (wet mud is harder), and work one room fully before moving on. Order is half the labor saved.
User Reviews
Whole-home cleaning and my dinner-party hosting share the systems-over-scolding gospel — top-down dry-to-wet is the prep-the-night-before of cleaning. Microfiber over paper, agreed.
