FAQ
Common questions about this kit
1-inch sensor worth it?
For paid work, yes — bigger sensor means real dynamic range, clean low light, and adjustable aperture for depth. The gap to a sub-250g is the gap between hobby and pro.
Variable aperture — why?
It lets you set the aperture for sharpness or depth without swapping a lens, and pair it with an ND for shutter control. Pro drones give you this; toy drones do not.
Six batteries?
For a paid shoot day, yes — six is roughly two hours of flight with no charging downtime, enough for a full location. A multi-charger tops them up overnight.
Rugged case — necessary?
Yes — drones are fragile and airlines are rough. A fitted rugged case flies as carry-on and survives the gig. The case is part of the kit, not an accessory.
User Reviews
Pro cinematic drone and my video kit share the big-sensor-and-rugged-case religion — Part 107 is the OSHA of the sky. Get the license.
