Common questions about this kit
A home reformer — worth it?
If you do pilates three or more times a week and have the space, yes — it is the single best tool for resistance-based core work. If you are casual, stick to the mat kit.
Foldable or fixed reformer?
Foldable for apartments (stores upright); fixed is sturdier and smoother. Most homes do fine with foldable.
Springs or bands?
Springs (on the reformer) for smooth, graded resistance; bands for travel and supplementary work. Both have a place in a real practice.
Stability ball uses?
Core, balance, and rehab work. It is the cheapest unstable surface in fitness — and unstable surfaces build the deep stabilizers pilates is after.
User Reviews
Reformer home studio and my container garden both need the space-commitment talk — worth it if you use it 3+ times a week.
