The kit at the bottom of my pool bag. Two suits (one wet, one dry), goggles that do not leak, a cap, and the toys — fins, kickboard, pull buoy, paddles — that turn a boring 3,000m into a real workout. Show up at 5am, swim long and strong.

FAQ
Common questions about this kit
Two suits?
Yes. Chlorine eats suits fast and a wet suit is miserable to put on. Rotate two so one is always dry, and rinse both after every swim.
Goggles that do not leak?
Fit beats brand. Try them on dry — press to your eyes and they should stick for a few seconds. Swedish or silicone gaskets depending on your face.
Do I need all the toys?
No, but they fix your stroke. Fins build ankle flexibility, a pull buoy isolates the upper body, a board isolates the kick. Rotate them to stay engaged.
How often should I swim?
Three to four times a week for real progress. Consistency beats one long session — a short, frequent swim stays with you.
