Common questions about this kit
Adjustable dumbbells for HIIT?
Love-hate. Great for space; slow to change between exercises in a fast circuit. For pure HIIT, a few fixed kettlebells can flow better.
Speed rope or weighted rope?
Speed for cardio intervals; weighted for shoulder burn. Start speed — it is the conditioning tool.
A step platform worth it?
Yes — box jumps, step-ups, and lunges off one piece of gear. Adjustable height means it scales with fitness.
How often to HIIT?
Two to three times a week max. HIIT is a stimulus, not a daily habit — recovery is where the gains happen.
User Reviews
HIIT as cross-training keeps me injury-free for marathons — the work-to-rest ratios are exactly right. Two-three times a week, max.
Home HIIT and my CrossFit garage share the adjustable-dumbbell-love-hate truth. Speed rope and step platform are the keepers.
